This Legal English collection is based on the CopyrightX lectures under the auspices of Harvard Law School, the HarvardX distance-learning initiative, and the Berkman Center for Internet and Society. It enables both native and non-native speakers of English to go deeper into the lecture material with content mining technologies, highlighting key terms and concepts from copyright law through interactive learning designs.
The search function will help you locate where in the lectures Professor Fisher has talked about specific points so you can easily transfer key terms and expressions into your tutorial discussions and into your final exam. We have also developed a lot of interactive game-based learning activities to help you better understand critical concepts within the CopyrightX lectures. The FLAX team have just released a series of new mobile apps for Android phones and tablets, which are free to download from GooglePlay. You will also need to go into the Advanced Options and download the specific CopyrightX dataset of exercises via the apps.
